Rooms
Conditions:
- Rates are per person per day with breakfast, energy consumption and taxes included (staying 3 days or more). Touristic tax not included.
- Rooms have bed linen, bathroom, SAT, TV, safe, hairdryer and balcony
- Rich breakfast buffet
- Ski deposit with boot warmers
- Rooms are available from 2pm for check-in and must be left before 10am for check-out
- Please, contact us by phone if your approximate time of arrival should be later than 7pm
- A room is reserved only after the receipt of a deposit by money order equal to 30% of the total cost
- The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation of booking
- Delayed arrivals or early departures will be counted as a normal day
- Wi-Fi connection fee
- Sauna on request: 30,00€ for 2 persons
- Animals are not allowed
- Ski rental:
Extra charges:
- Double room used as a single one: + 30 € +50 € (high season)
- Half-board treatment: + 35 €
Reductions:
- Added bed: - 10 %
- 4th bed in the suites: - 10 %
- Reductions for kids are based on age
Terms of cancellation:
- In case of cancellations made until 30 days before check-in, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellations made until 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellations made until 7 days before check-in, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellations made until 3 days before check-in, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Conditions for bookings/cancellations of 4 rooms or more:
The reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The balance for the stay is due 30 days before the check-in date.
Travel cancellation insurance:
In order to save you any expenses in case of cancellation, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Apartments
Conditions:
- Minimum fare for apartment A4 is referred to 4 people
- Minimum fare for apartment A2 is referred to 2 people
- Additional person per day: 45,00.- to 50,00.- €

Final cleaning and garage 80,00 Euro in winter included skibus
- Arrival and departure day: Saturday or Sunday
- Apartment is reserved from 2:00pm of your arrival day, to 9:30am of your departure day
- Apartment-reservation, can be confirmed only when we have received your deposit equal to 1/3 of total amount
- Delayed arrivals or early departures will be counted as a normal day
- The change of the linen is weekly

Little cleaning service every Tuesday or Wednesday
- We accept animals (12 €/day)

To the cancellation insurance Chalet
Conditions:
- Minimum weekly rates in high season
- Arrival and departure day: Saturday or Sunday
- A Chalet is reserved from 3:00pm of your arrival day, to 10:30am of your departure day
- A booking can be confirmed only when we have received your deposit equal to 1/2 of total amount
- Delayed arrivals or early departures will be counted as a normal day
- In the Mi Amur the bed linen will be changed weekly, in the Mi Chalet at request
- Cleaning twice a week, Mi Chalet daily
- Additional cleaning at request: 50,00 euro
- Breakfast service at request: 25,00 euro until 35,00 euro per day per person
- Chef in house for the dinner service at request: starting from 250,00 euro in addition to the charges for expenses
- Massages in the house at request
- We accept animals (15 euro/day) in Mi Amur; not in Mi Chalet
Terms of cancellation:
- At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 50% via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
- Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.
- For cancellations made up to 16 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
- For cancellations within 15 to 8 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
